As an experienced web and graphic designer with over 16 years of expertise, I offer a wealth of creative insight and a profound understanding of user-centric design principles. Throughout my career, I've consistently showcased my ability to craft visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences that seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality.

Currently, I am employed at the Department of Education as an Instructional Designer, serving as both a Website Publisher and Graphic Designer. In this role, I am responsible for creating designs aligned with brand standards, enhancing the user experience of the Department of Education's Technology 4 Learning website, and managing its content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). My duties extend to producing professional learning resources such as magazines, tutorial videos, catalogues, handbooks, posters, and flyers for teachers and students. Additionally, I engage in video editing, PowerPoint presentation creation, EDM design, and social media marketing graphics. This position allows me to leverage my prototyping skills extensively to refine ideas and enhance interactions.

My proactive and open-minded approach greatly contributes to my productivity in this role, facilitating effective interaction and presentation of ideas within and across teams. I am frequently involved in projects that require assisting other teams in designing and creating content for their websites, including the development of wireframes and interactive prototypes. Demonstrating adept time management, I efficiently handle multiple parallel projects.

In my previous position, I excelled in creating websites and templates from scratch, designing and integrating front ends for web and mobile applications, and presenting ideas through wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to both internal stakeholders and clients. Additionally, I managed the production of press-ready designs for large catalogues, posters, business cards, logos, flyers, and banners. This role also involved developing interactive learning courses and providing client support with content management systems.
